Uni NTS resumes with Exeter and Bath tied for top spot

Both Bath and Exeter will be looking to take a lead in this seasons University NTS, with both teams winning one competition apiece so far.

Round 3 of the 2019/20 Uni NTS was unfortunately postponed due to the prevailing weather conditions before Christmas. However, after a long break, teams have trained hard and are preparing for a great second half of the campaign.

This Saturday 23 teams will visit Loughborough University as they aim to collect some silverware before the final round in Bath on March 21st.

Exeter Monsoon (2nd team) will be looking to climb back up the leaderboard after missing Round 2, with Loughborough, Bristol, Cambridge and Durham looking to capitalise on their successes so far. Saturday will also see a debut appearance for the University of Sheffield, while Nottingham Trent will make their first appearance of this season after a solid display last year.

With a total of 30 different teams now looking to take part in Uni NTS competitions, 2020 has seen a massive expansion of the Series and with a record number of students being selected for High Performance squads, the Uni NTS is becoming a great development platform for Touch in the UK.
